Viator's Product Level Video

As Content Producer within Viator’s Creative Team, I produced, managed and published over 500 Product Level Videos (PLVs) across Viator’s product pages and YouTube. These short, informative videos are designed to help travellers visualise their experiences before booking by combining supplier footage, on-screen copy and brand visuals.

I oversaw the full production workflow from concept to upload, writing copy, sourcing footage and coordinating with editors to deliver consistent, on-brand content. To improve efficiency, I streamlined the PLV process with automation tools in Google Sheets and Asana, and built two key systems for asset management — the YouTube Video Tracker and Mega Tracker.

As part of a wider YouTube refresh, the project helped drive a 3% increase in engagement, contributing to Viator reaching 100,000 subscribers and earning the Silver Creator Award.
